4/2/09	Fix "Use all History" Button in Maintenance -> Pool -> Handicaps	The "Use all HIstory" Button was not setting "Use last x Swims" to zero to use all available history. Manually setting "Use last x swims" to zero, circumvents this bug.
4/2/09	Added various reports for Event definitions	The Event definitions report, Event listing can now be printed in Grade, Gender, Distance or Stroke order.
4/2/09	Sort Rotation definitions	In the Rotation definitions form, Sort Rotation Events into Sequence order. The Rotation listing report is also sorted into sequence order.
4/2/9	Add headings to drilldown reports	For most reports, the subreports created on drilldown now include page headings. What is a drilldown? , In a report, doubleclick when the curor changes to a magnifying glass.
