How does RBSwim do it?
Do a Roll Call of the swimmers and the events they wish to swim in.
Drag/Drop events swimmers wish to swim in from the blue box to the white box. Double clicking also works.
Generate a printed report for the starters, marshals and time keepers.
Click Generate to produce the reports for the Marshals, Starter and Time keepers.
Time Keepers simply need to write the resulting swim times for each swimmer on the dotted line.
Enter the times in to the time keeper.
Working from the meet reports enter the race times of each swimmer.
Job Done until next week!
