Designed for Small to Large Swimming clubs.
Preparation for a club of 80 Swimmers, currently takes about 15 minutes compared to 3-4 Hours doing it manually.
Define Different sets of events for different meets during the season.

Short Week - All 25m and 50m Backstroke, Breastroke and Butterfly events, also all Medley events.

Long Week - All 25m, 50m, 100m and 200m Freestyle Events.

Define any Event Distance you require.
25m, 25yards, 5km, 5Mile or even "Across the pool"...
Define any Swim Stroke you require.
Freestyle, Kick board...
Event Gender can be Male, Female or Mixed races.
Usually Boys, Girls or Mixed
Points scored against a swimmers personal best swim time history.
Allocate points for approaching, Equaling or Exceeding a swimmers Personal Best Swim Time.
Points allocation fully adjustable.
1 point for 0 to 1 second faster than Personal Best, 2 Points for 1 to 2 seconds faster than Personal best.
Calculate Handicaps on swimmers Personal best, Average or Last swim times.
All depends upon your preference
Group Swimmers of similar entry times together in heats.

Slower swimmers in heat one. Faster swimmers in heat two...

Creates event heats based on the lanes in your pool.
If you have a 6 lane pool, and 10 swimmers in an event. RBSwim will create two events of 5 swimmers.
Groups swimmers in heats based on the swim times.
In the above example, the 5 slowest swimmers will be in the first heat, the faster 5 will be in the 2nd Event.

How does RBSwim do it?

Do a Roll Call of the swimmers and the events they wish to swim in.

Drag/Drop events swimmers wish to swim in from the blue box to the white box. Double clicking also works.

Roll Call Image 

Generate a printed report for the starters, marshals and time keepers.

Click Generate to produce the reports for the Marshals, Starter and Time keepers.

Time Keepers simply need to write the resulting swim times for each swimmer on the dotted line.

Generate Meet Image

Enter the times in to the time keeper.

Working from the meet reports enter the race times of each swimmer.
